Request for Letters of Interest (LOI) to Reallocate Continuum of Care Renewal Funding
The Steering Committee, acting on behalf of the Indiana Balance of State Continuum of Care (IN 502), is requesting letters of interest from qualified nonprofit and local government organizations currently receiving Continuum of Care funding for Transitional Housing and Social Service Only programs to reallocate funds to:
- Permanent Supportive Housing Programs,
- Rapid Re Housing Programs, or
- A Regional Coordinated Access program.
The Steering Committee seeks projects that can demonstrate maximum efficiency, economical, and effective use of the prospective allocation of the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) Continuum of Care (CoC) funds through the McKinney-Vento Act.
Request for Proposals: Multifamily and Single Family Property Inspection Services
IHCDA is requesting proposals from qualified organizations with demonstrated experience in performing property inspections for single family and multi-family properties assisted with the following funding sources: Home Investment Partnerships Program, Housing Choice Voucher Program, Community Development Block Grant, IRS Section 42 tax credits.
All proposals are due to IHCDA by 5:00 p.m. EDT on Monday, May 28, 2012.
