Indiana Gaming Commission

IGC > Gaming Agents > Enforcement Enforcement

Welcome to the Enforcement section of the Indiana Gaming Commission web page. As the Director of Enforcement, I am very proud of the accomplishments that have been recently achieved, and I am looking forward to the challenges that lie ahead.

The Enforcement section has worked diligently to achieve the goals that were set forth in Senate Enrolled Act 626. As of March 17, 2007, all eleven casinos in Indiana, along with the entire Investigations section have been transitioned from the Indiana State Police to the Indiana Gaming Commission. Our Enforcement Section consists of 128 Gaming Enforcement Agents, equipped with the training and expertise to investigate gaming crimes and regulatory issues, as well as criminal investigations.

It is exciting to be a part of a state agency at its inception. I extend my gratitude to all of the individuals that worked tirelessly to bring this concept into reality. I am confident that gaming in the State of Indiana, now and in the future, will be conducted in strict compliance with the laws and regulations of Indiana. If you have any information regarding illegal gambling or gaming crimes on the casinos in Indiana, feel free to call 1(866)610-TIPS(8477).

I would like to thank you for your interest in the Indiana Gaming Commission. Please feel free to visit our website on a regular basis for any upcoming events or updates. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.
