Bargaining Status Form: School corporations must first submit the Bargaining Status Form: Pre-Impasse on Gateway. (Superintendents and Directors completed a survey that requested the contact information of the exclusive representative president. The email addresses provided in that survey were used to generate Gateway usernames and passwords for exclusive representative presidents.) The exclusive representative presidents will receive an email informing them of the submission process. The exclusive representative president will review the School Corporation's submission, and agree or disagree, and explain any disagreement in detail in Gateway. This process should be completed by October 3.
Ratified Contract Submission: All ratified contracts, reopeners, statements agreeing not to reopen or to continue calendar-year contracts must be uploaded by the school corporation in Gateway by October 10. All submissions should be in a single PDF which includes the current CBA, even if the current CBA has already been submitted to IEERB. It is the responsibility of the School Corporation to upload the contracts and statements in a single PDF to Gateway. The exclusive representative organization may submit the ratified contracts (and any applicable statements) to email@example.com to ensure timely submission of a contract. Parties declared at impasse will need to complete Bargaining Status Form: At Impasse.
