Video Visitation

Video Visitation available through JPAY

This service is currently available at Madison Juvenile and Pendleton Juvenile. JPay offers an innovative video visitation system that allows family to visit DYS students from the comfort of home. All you need is a camera, headset, and access to JPay.com. DYS students visit the visitation kiosks located in their housing units. To see if video visitation is available to your child, log in or use the service map.

Video Conferencing Capabilities for special visitation or program review participation:

Parents and guardians may also participate in treatment team hearings and/or schedule a special visit using video conferencing capabilities which are available at all State operated Parole District Offices. You must first contact the DYS facility where your child is assigned in order to make the necessary prior arrangements for a Video Conferencing visit or program review participation.
