IDOA > Indiana Government Center > Government Parking > Government Parking Technology Updates Government Parking Technology Updates

IDOA is pleased to share with you that state-of-the-art updates will soon be provided to all the state employee parking facilities in Indianapolis.

IDOA will begin installing new technology that will improve the efficiency of entering and exiting parking facilities, provide real-time updates for available parking, and increase security. The process of upgrading the parking facilities will require the removal and installation of new lane equipment, resulting in temporary closures. The first closure will take place at the Washington Street Garage #1 on Monday, June 20. IDOA will post signs to the garages indicating the new traffic patterns at the time of the closure. Following its completion, construction will then begin on Garage #3.

This website will provide the latest up-to-day information regarding updates and closures to the parking garages.
