The State's Conference Center is located on the first floor of Indiana Government Center South. The center is made up of 32 different meeting spaces that can accommodate both small meetings and large auditorium-style gatherings.
The Conference Center's designated use is specific to state agencies and their employees. Therefore, the Conference Center is reserved for use by State agencies and State quasi-agencies as determined by the Office of the Governor.
Users that would like to schedule the Conference Center space must have a valid Use Agreement on file with the Conference Center office. Once that document is on file, the user is eligible to reserve space as available. Space is available on a first-come, first-served basis.
The Conference Center also manages the State Information Desks located within Indiana Government Center (North and South), and the State Information Center, which provides answers to your questions about Indiana State Government.
The IDOA Conference Center is introducing a new Conference Center Events Calendar that State agencies can use to view/locate meetings that are currently scheduled in the Conference Center for the next 90 days. These rooms are located on the first floor of IGC-South (including a couple of foyer rooms on the 2nd and 3rd floors).
** NOTICE - The events calendar is updated at the end of each business day and may not reflect meetings that have been scheduled within the last 24 hours. For questions, please contact the conference center staff at 317.233.4564.
