The Indiana Department of Environmental Management (IDEM) recognizes regulated entities who work proactively to reduce their environmental impacts. The Governor's Awards for Environmental Excellence fall into six categories. These include Energy/Renewable Resources, Greening the Government, Land Use, Outreach or Education, Pollution Prevention/Source Reduction, and Recycling/Reuse.
Information on both the most recent and previous award recipients may be found below. Each link will have one or more files containing a summary of each project.
