Air Quality in Indiana

Air Quality in Indiana > Rules Rules

Rules provide the basis for enforcing the protection of human health and the environment established under the federal Clean Air Act (CAA). The Indiana Department of Environmental Management’s (IDEMs) Office of Legal Counsel (OLC) works to establish rules that protect the air, water, and land in Indiana for every individual. Rules concerning air quality provide guidance to sources and the general public about how to do their part to protect the air we all breathe.
