Muncie Lead Attainment Demonstration

This section is dedicated to Indiana's Lead Attainment Demonstration for the Muncie, Delaware County, Indiana Area. The Indiana Department of Environmental Management (IDEM) has prepared this lead attainment demonstration for U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (U.S. EPA) review and consideration for the area to be redesignated from nonattainment to attainment, and classified as maintenance under the 2008 Lead National Ambient Air Quality Standard (NAAQS). The list provides additional information to support continued compliance with the standard.
