  • Head count: 918 verses a budget goal of 1078, includes part time and intermittent
  • Beginning Phase 2 of the "Virtual File Cabinet" project
  • Reducing 3rd party contract services for core functions (LUST Program OLQ and Air Permitting OAQ)
  • Proposed Dedicated fund increases thru Legislation
