State Implementation Plan (SIP) Submittal

Commissioner's Order No 2004-01.

Notice is hereby given under 40 CFR 51.102 that the Indiana Department of Environmental Management has scheduled a public meeting on December 15, 2004. The public hearing will convene at 7:00 p.m., at the Huntington Main Library, 200 West Market Street, Huntington. All interested persons are invited and will be given reasonable opportunity to express their views concerning the proposed revision to the state implementation plan.

The purpose of this hearing is to receive public comment on a proposed revision to the state implementation plan that would be accomplished by issuance of Commissioner's Order No. 2004-01 for Transwheel Corp. in Huntington County, located at 3000 Yeoman Way in Huntington, Indiana. The Commissioner's Order would require Transwheel to equip their degreaser with an oil cover, rather than a water cover, as a control device.

A copy of the above draft Commissioner's Order and technical support documents are available to any person upon request and are available for public inspection at the following locations:

The text of each presentation and a list of witnesses at the public hearing is available for public inspection at the Indiana Department of Environmental Management; copies may be made available to any person upon payment of reproduction costs. Any person heard or represented at the hearing or requesting notice shall be given written notice of the action of the Office of Air Quality.
