This page has the latest information concerning rulemakings going before IDEM boards. You'll find all current year board meeting agendas and packets. Please note that board meeting dates are scheduled one year in advance; however, there is no guarantee that a board will meet each month. Be sure to visit this page often to learn about possible rescheduled or cancelled meetings. Most meetings are held in the Indiana Government Center South.
The IDEM Rules site has been updated to reflect the consolidation of the former Air Pollution Control, Water Pollution Control, and Solid Waste Management boards into the new Environmental Rules Board (ERB). If you would like to receive electronic notification of ERB activities, you will need to sign up for IN.gov Subscriptions. If you have already requested information from any of the former boards, you will need to update your subscriptions to receive notifications about the ERB.

All Environmental Rules Board meetings are tentatively scheduled at 1:30 PM, Indiana Government Center - South, Indianapolis, IN, in Conference Room A unless otherwise indicated. Use the Public Entrance at 302 West Washington Street to gain access to the building.
* IDEM Conference Room 1319, Indiana Government Center North, 100 N. Senate Avenue. Use public entrance on Robert D. Orr Plaza to gain access to the building. Take west elevators to the 13th floor and follow the signs to Room 1319.
* IDEM Conference Center Room 22, Indiana Government Center - South. Use Public Entrance at 302 West Washington Street to gain access to the building.
All meetings are held at the Indiana Government Center South in Conference Room A (unless otherwise noted).
