Project Summary: The Vitran Overland facility is an active freight handling/trucking terminal and maintenance facility. Previous investigations related to past releases and the petroleum underground storage tanks (USTs) and aboveground storage tanks (ASTs) at the facility had included the installation of over 88 soil borings and nearly 20 monitoring wells since 1987. Analytical results of detectable constituent concentrations do not exceed the VRP 1996 Tier II Nonresidential Cleanup Goals and further remedial action is not warranted at the site. | |
