Land Compliance
The Office of Land Quality is responsible for a range of compliance-related activities affecting the regulated community.
The goals are to ensure that the terms of permits and other enforceable agreements are met. Should violations or irregularities be uncovered, the Enforcement Section and/or the Office of Criminal Investigations may become involved. Their role is to set into motion procedures to address the violation and return the business or individual to a state of compliance.
