Presentations
State Archives staff are available by arrangement to give presentations on a variety of subjects, including family history resources, Civil War resources, historical research strategies, specific collections at the State Archives, and highlights of the overall collection.
State records management staff present a quarterly training workshop for state employees on managing records within state government agencies. They are also available by arrangement to give specific presentations to state agencies on general records management issues as well as special topics like electronic records management, e-mail retention, and the use of imaging in records management.
County and local records management staff are available by arrangement to give presentations on the general practice of managing records within county and municipal government agencies, as well as records management issues specific to various types of agencies: clerks, auditors, treasurers, schools, libraries, city officials, and others.
State Forms Management staff present an annual training workshop for state agency Forms Coordinators.
