TO THE END, that justice be established, public order maintained, and liberty perpetuated; WE, THE PEOPLE of the STATE OF INDIANA, grateful to ALMIGHTY GOD for the free exercise of the right to choose our own form of government, do ordain this CONSTITUTION.
