Board Vacancies
The following CHOICE Board position is open and will need to be filled for 2013 and is appointed by the Governor for a term of two years:
- Citizens less than sixty (60) years of age nominated by one (1) or more organizations that: represent individuals with mental illness; and have statewide membership.

Commission on Aging
The Commission consists of sixteen (16) members. Not more than eight (8) Members may be from the same political party. The members must be Indiana residents who are interested in the problems of the aging and the aged. The Governor shall appoint the members of the commission, using the following geographical distribution formula:
- One (1) Member from each Congressional district.
- The balance of the Members appointed at large. However, not more than two (2) residents of any county may be appointed as Members of the Commission.
Current vacancies include:
- One (1) Member from Congressional District 8.
- Six (6) At-large vacancies
