 For TRIP TRAINING fill out this FORM and send it to  Kyle Schmidt Fax 317-916-3818 or email  kyle.e.schmidt@va.gov  

You only need to put the last four of your SSN on the training request FORM

Continuing Education Units Form  This must be completed by accredited CVSOs and submitted annually to maintain accreditation.

Reimbursement for accreditation training and computer/software/VetraSpec user account

Grant Application for reimbursement of CVSO training expenses ($500 Maximum)

Grant Application for reimbursement of CVSO Computer, software, or claims management user account ($1200 Maximum)
