There are several reasons that can lead a business to close. Whatever the reason, it is important to close whatever tax accounts the business may have with the Indiana Department of Revenue.
Closing a business is not as simple as just closing the door one last time and going home. In addition to getting rid of inventory and assets, closing bank accounts, etc., final paperwork will need to be filed with the Indiana Department of Revenue
