Resilience is the ability to recover from or adjust easily to misfortune. In this case, we are talking about how quickly or easily communities can get back to normal after a flood event. These meetings held with local officials, DNR, and FEMA, are to identify problem areas in communities, and identify potential solutions to help minimize those problems in and after a flood event.
