Dear Friends & Associates,

This year marks the 25th anniversary of the Indiana Society of Mining and Reclamation’s Annual Technology Transfer Seminar.  Please accept my invitation to join us in celebrating this milestone.  This year’s seminar will be held at the Jasper Inn & Convention Center in Jasper, Indiana.  We have a variety of topics and excellent speakers on the latest trends and technologies in reclamation and mining.  There will again be three concurrent workshops and a Monday evening poster session.  The “Mine Wastewater Treatment & Regulation” Workshop is approved for 5 technical hours of continuing education toward renewal of Indiana Wastewater licenses, and the “Online GIS Tools and Resources for Indiana” Workshop is approved for 5 hours of continuing education toward renewal of Indiana Wastewater licenses.  The “Blaster Retraining” Workshop is approved for 5 hours of continuing education toward IN Blaster Certification renewal and IN Dept. of Homeland Security Regulated Explosives Use-Blaster License.  Certificates will be provided for workshops that may be used as professional development hours for consideration of meeting requirements for licensed Indiana Professional Engineers.  It is my sincere hope that you can join us for both days of this special seminar.
