The Public Scoping Document (3.1 MB) is a draft that was developed based on the Northwest Indiana Public Workgroups, Blue Ribbon Advisory Panel, and other public input. It describes how Indiana can develop the Lake Michigan Coastal Program with existing laws and how the program will be implemented.
