The CheckIN Game system is a free online system that allows hunters to check in their harvested game from any device that is connected to the internet. Hunters who use this system will receive a confirmation number that must be written down on a temporary transportation tag for the harvested game species. This system is set up for white-tailed deer, wild turkey and river otter.
Hunters also still have the option of visiting a traditional check station where a confirmation number will be provided to the hunter to place on their temporary transportation tag. There is also a phone in option at 1-800-419-1326, however there will be a $3 charge for this service (Visa or Mastercard only).
Before starting have your customer ID (CID) ready and harvest information ready. Don't know where to find that? Our detailed instructions can help.
Note for Lifetime license holders: Please remove any leading zeroes from the beginning of your lifetime license number. For example, license number 0001 should be entered as license number 1. Failure to remove the leading zeroes will result in an error.

If you have entered incorrect information into the CheckIN Game system, DO NOT reenter the correct information. Instead email to firstname.lastname@example.org with your confirmation number and what needs to be updated. Remember each submission, looks like a deer harvested.
To view all game that was checked in with the CheckIN Game system, enter your customer id and date of birth into the system and choose "View Previous CheckIN Game". This will allow you to review submissions and find your confirmation number if it is lost.
