DNR Mobile Applications
The Indiana Department of Natural Resources and Indiana Interactive offer a free iPhone application. It is available in Apple’s App Store. The application includes information and a mapping feature for those wanting to visit DNR properties.
Open iTunes to download the app.
With the app, you can view:
- Locations of DNR properties and public hunting and fishing spots
- Fishing and hunting guides
- Nature brochures
- Property maps
- DNR events and news releases
In addition, the application links to DNR’s camping and inns reservation system and the hunting/fishing licensing system. The application requires Internet access through WiFi or wireless connection. This is DNR’s first mobile application. Feedback and suggestions are welcome at dnrwebmaster@dnr.in.gov. A version for Android and Blackberry is under development.
Troubleshooting
DNR seeks feedback on the application to make it better. If the app is crashing, we would like to find out why. Please help us by contacting senior web master Scott Davis, scdavis@dnr.in.gov. Include the following information:
