2010 Levy Excess Reports
Levy Excess Reports show the amount of property taxes distributed in excess of the taxing unit's certified levy less any delinquency amounts collected (penalties not included) during the applicable tax year. The taxing unit should transfer this amount to the Levy Excess Fund for application toward future levies. Counties for which no Levy Excess Report is available have not yet submitted all necessary data to the Department of Local Government Finance for purposes of this calculation.
