Budget Manual

To purchase a printed copy of the manual, send a request in writing to the attention of Linda Ebert, Department of Local Government Finance, 100 N. Senate Ave, N-1058(B), Indianapolis, IN 46204. Please enclose a check made payable to the Department of Local Government Finance in the amount of thirteen dollars ($13.00). Or, you can pick up the manual directly from our office for ten dollars ($10.00) by contacting Linda Ebert at (317) 232-3775.

  • TIF Surplus Disclosure Form - Redevelopment Commissions are required to report surplus captured assessed value for TIF districts. The surplus is to be disclosed and reported to county auditors by July 15 of each year.
