I want my project to be released as soon as possible. What deficiencies commonly hold up the review process?

Answer

Incomplete design submittal, such as, but not limited to, the following:

  • Application not signed and uploaded with plans
  • ComCheck missing
  • No truss drawings
  • No dimensions on site plan and/or building plans
  • Owner information not shown
  • If addition or remodel, overall floor plan for entire building not provided.
  • If Chapter 34 filing, plans to substantiate evaluation documents not provided.
  • Proper fees not paid
