Fee Changes Effective September 30, 2006

  • Explosive magazine applications:
    A. New applications
         i. Type 1, 4, or 5 $138.00 each
         ii. Type 2, 3, or Indoor $69.00 each
    B. Renewals of existing permits
         i. Type 1, 4, or 5 $69.00 each
         ii. Type 2, 3, or indoor $35.00 each

 
  • Amusement Entertainment permits
    A. Annual permits, fees based on occupant load  
         1-99 $99.00
         100-499 $134.00
         500-999 $168.00
         1,000-4,999 $203.00
         5,000-9,999 $237.00
         10,000 or more $272.00
    B. Special event endorsement $99.00

     
  • Fireworks-Retail stands (nonprofits are not subject to the fee requirements)
    1-4 retail stands $276.00
    5-10 retail stands $552.00
    11-20 retail stands $966.00
    21-50+ retail stands $1,380.00

  • Fireworks - Public Displays        $69.00

  • Fireworks-Wholesale / Consumer Retail
    Wholesale $1000.00
    Consumer Retail $1000.00 for First Location
    Consumer Retail $200.00 for Additional Locations

     
  • Fireworks - Tents
    Tent $1000.00 for First Location
    Tents $500.00 for Additional Locations
