International and Cultural Affairs (ICA) is a program within the Indiana Department of Child Services (DCS) Permanency and Practice Support Division.  ICA serves as a resource for DCS staff who are implementing services for multicultural populations, which includes children and families of immigrant and tribal origin.

If you are a Federally Recognized Native American tribe and wish to enter into an agreement with the Indiana DCS regarding foster care, you may contact the ICA Liaison by email.  Any general questions, nothing case specific, regarding Immigration or the Indian Child Welfare Act may be directed by email to:  InternationalandCulturalAffairs@dcs.in.gov
