03-01-2012      Annual Support Fee (ASFE) notices were mailed to non-custodial parents the week of February 20th.  For general questions, please call the Kidsline.  For specific questions regarding an incorrect notice or amount, please contact the Clerk's office in the county where the order resides.

12-28-2009   Changes to the Indiana Child Support Guidelines for 2010
The Indiana Supreme Court has approved changes to the Child Support Guidelines effective January 1, 2010.  A new child support calculator based on the amended guidelines will be published on the Indiana Courts website by January 1, 2010.  The calculators currently available there will be unavailable when the new calculator is published.  If you wish to access the Indiana Courts website now, simply click the link below: http://www.in.gov/judiciary/rules/child_support/
