Indiana’s Access to Public Records Act (“APRA”), I.C. 5-14-3-1 et seq., provides the framework for requesting information from a governmental agency. The code, I.C. 5-14-3-1, provides that, “it is the public policy of the state that all persons are entitled to full and complete information regarding the affairs of government and the official acts of those who represent them as public officials and employees.” However, some public records may not be disclosed under various circumstances or may only be disclosed at the discretion of the agency.

Pursuant to I.C. 5-14-3-3, the Center for Education and Career Innovation requires that all public requests be made in writing.  Please submit your request by either email or mail to:

Fee

The Center for Education and Career Innovation will charge a copying fee of $0.10 per page for non-color copies, and $0.25 per page for color copies (I.C. 5-14-3-8(d)(1)). Pursuant to I.C. 5-14-3-8(e)(2), the Center for Education and Career Innovation requires payment for copying costs be made in advance.
