Marine Foundation of Indiana
The Marine Foundation was founded in 2005 to support Indiana Marines, FMF Corpsman and their Families during deployments and times of need. By purchasing this plate you will help to support our efforts of “Taking Care of Our Own."
In its first year, the license plate has raised over $19,000.00 to support the Foundations Grant and Scholarship Programs. You do not need to be a Marine or FMF Corpsman to purchase this plate. Nor do you need a DD214 as proof of status.
The cost of the Marine Foundation of Indiana license plate includes vehicle registration fees and taxes, a group fee of $25, and an administrative fee of $15.
Availability
This plate can be ordered through myBMV.com, at license branches, and other customer service locations. You will receive the plate in the mail within 14 days.
Vehicle Types
You may display this plate on passenger cars, trucks up to 11,000 pounds, motorcycles, and recreational vehicles.

Your plate should have stickers showing the day, month, and year of your next registration renewal, and the county in which your vehicle is registered. Indiana law prohibits license plate frames or covers that obscure stickers, text, or numbers on your plate
