With your 4 LIFE plate, you'll help pregnancy centers in Indiana assist moms in unplanned pregnancies and their unborn babies. When you drive for life, you're partnering with community-based not-for-profit pregnancy centers to provide free services, show compassion, and save lives.

You may display this plate on passenger cars, trucks up to 11,000 pounds, motorcycles, and recreational vehicles.
