How to Get Your PIN

For those of you who have never used the plan website, getting your PIN is easy. Just follow these steps:

  1. Click on "Access Your Account" on the left side of the screen.
  2. Under "Current Participants" on the right side of the screen, click on "Forgot your PIN?"
  3. On the right side of the screen click on the button labeled "Order PIN"
  4. Type your Social Security Number in the box labeled "SSN" and click on the button labeled "Order reminder PIN".
  5. Write down or print the screen with the confirmation number on it.
    Your PIN should arrive within 7 to 10 business days.

How to Logon Once You Have Your PIN

  1. Click on "Access Your Account" on the left side of the screen.
  2. Under "Current Participants" on the right side of the screen, click on "First time user? Register here."
  3. Enter your Social Security Number in the box labeled "SSN" and your personal identification number in the box labeled "PIN".
