Below is the Telephone Solicitations Registration form and related materials requiring completion in order to comply with the Telephone Solicitations Act, Indiana Code 24-5-12 et seq.

In order to register as a telephone solicitor, you must return the completed form, together with a filing fee of $50.00 made out to the Indiana Attorney General's Consumer Protection Division.

If you are renewing your registration, you must return the completed application for registration with the $50.00 renewal fee, to the Division before 1st August each year. Please be advised that a seller must first register with the division before attempting any solicitation in Indiana.

A copy of the registration form is included below for your convenience. While Division staff have reviewed this copy for accuracy, the Division will not be responsible for any inaccuracies that may be on the copy. It is simply a guide. It is the responsibility of the Telephone Solicitor to comply with all the provisions of the Telephone Solicitations Act, and to ascertain the laws applicability to their activities in Indiana.
