Mission Statement

The general purpose of the Alcohol & Tobacco Commission's work, as defined by law, are:

  • To protect the economic welfare, health, peace, and morals of the people of this state
  • To regulate and limit the manufacture, sale, possession, and use of alcohol and alcoholic beverages
  • To regulate the sale, possession, and distribution of tobacco products  
  • To provide for the raising of revenue

Notice from the Attorney General's Office  General Jack’s Inc. brand Worth will be removed from Indiana's Directory effective February 13, 2012.  On February 13, 2012 and there after, no retailer/dealer or distributor will be allowed to sell or possess said product. Until February 13, 2012, this product is allowed to be sold below State Minimum Pricing per I.C. 24-3-2-6(b).
