Indiana Alcohol & Tobacco Commission

Mission Statement

The general purposes of the Alcohol & Tobacco Commission's work, as defined by law, are:

  • To protect the economic welfare, health, peace, and morals of the people of this state
  • To regulate and limit the manufacture, sale, possession, and use of alcohol and alcoholic beverages
  • To regulate the sale, possession, and distribution of tobacco products
  • To provide for the raising of revenue

Commission Meeting Rescheduled - The Alcohol & Tobacco Commission's regularly scheduled meeting for November 4th has been rescheduled to Wednesday, November 5th at 10 a.m.

Notice from the Attorney General's Office - The brand Kentucky Select RYO made by U.S. Flue-Cured Tobacco Growers, Inc. has been removed from Indiana's Directory as of September 23, 2014. As of September 23, 2014, no retailer, dealer or distributor will be allowed to sell or possess said product.
