Panel Meeting Dates

Advisory Panels will convene to score all applications in the Indiana Government Center South (IGCS) at 402 W. Washington St., Indianapolis, IN 46204 unless noted otherwise. Panel meetings are open to the public for observation and may be recorded. Applicants are invited and encouraged to attend. Applicants cannot "lobby" panelists on behalf of their applications before, during, or after the panel meeting. Applicants who do not attend the panel session can access the available panel recordings here. Contact the IAC for more information at grantsadmin@iac.in.gov.

Click the name of the program below for a listing of applicants to be adjudicated on the panel date. Applicants will be reviewed in the order they are listed. If the program does not have a link, the information may not be available yet. Contact the IAC or check back closer to the panel date for more information.

Please Note: The IAC cannot provide a specific time for your application review as panels vary in their process. On average, a panel reviews 6 to 10 applications per hour. The IAC does have a Twitter account and will provide status updates during panels.

Following the panel review process, scoring and funding recommendations are reviewed by the IAC Programs, Grants & Services Committee. This committee will make final funding recommendation to the full Commission which will give final approval of grant awards at the Quarterly Business Meeting that followsthe panel.
