Traditional Arts Indiana
.Traditional Arts Indiana is an Indiana Arts Commission partnership with Indiana University's Folklore and Ethnomusicology Department. This partnership is dedicated to promoting and expanding public awareness of Indiana's traditional practices and nurturing relationships among Indiana's traditional artists. This is done in a number of ways which include but are not limited to:
- Identifying, documenting, and seeking to understand the ways that cultural values are embedded in daily life and;
- Connecting cultural heritage to educational activities, cultural conservation, arts, and community development at the local, state, and national level.
