Entry Description The Division of Disability and Rehabilitative Services (DDRS), Bureau of Rehabilitation Services (BRS) and the Indiana Council on Independent Living invites the public to comment on the goals to be included in the
2013-2015 State Plan for Independent Living. These goals provide the direction for independent living
services in Indiana for the next three years.
The Indiana Council on Independent Living (ICOIL) is seeking input on the draft goals from all interested individuals and groups. Our intent is to define goals that will address a wide range of challenges to independent living for individuals with disabilities and their families. We hope to develop clear, attainable goals for the State Plan that will guide the activities of ICOIL, independent living centers and the State of Indiana into the future. These draft goals provide a starting point for a discussion.
