Human Rights/QMRP Conference: Freedom From Abuse and Neglect: The Basic Human Right.  October 31, 2012. Hilton Indianapolis North, 8181 N. Shadeland Avenue, Indianapolis, IN Indiana Protection and Advocacy Services Commission to host a one-day workshop for anyone interested in human rights issues with a focus on abuse and neglect. The target audience is Qualified Mental Retardation Professionals (QMRP), QMRP-Designees, case managers and staff that work with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
