[ISP] Three Arrested on Felony Charges in Two Separate Incidents

Entry Description
The Pendleton District Meth Suppression Squad arrested three men yesterday all on felony charges in two separate incidents. The first was Robert Grubbs, age 62 of Moreland, who was picked up at his home on CR 350 N. yesterday afternoon around 3 p.m. on a felony warrant. That warrant was the result of an ongoing meth investigation.

The warrant charged Grubbs with Conspiracy to Deal Methamphetamine, Class “B” Felony; Two Counts of Possession of Methamphetamine, Class “D” Felony, and one count of Possession of a Schedule II Controlled Substance, Class “D” Felony. Grubbs was lodged in the Henry County Jail.

The second incident involved Meth Suppression Troopers assisting State Parole Officers with a home visit last evening on a parolee in Losantville, Indiana. When officers entered the home at 11336 S. CR 1000 W. in southwestern Randolph County, they discovered a meth lab.

Arrested was Billy Binion, age 39, and his nephew Corey Binion, age 23. Billy Binion was charged with Conspiracy to Manufacture Methamphetamine, Class “B” Felony and Possession of Precursors, Class “D” Felony. In addition a hold with no bond was placed on him for parole violation.

Corey Binion was charged with Conspiracy to Manufacture Methamphetamine, Class “B” Felony, and Maintaining a Common Nuisance, Class “D” Felony. Both were lodged shortly after 10 p.m. in the Randolph County Jail.
