Entry Description

Pavement Repair Requires I-69 Lane Restriction This Week

PENDLETON – Indiana Department of Transportation (INDOT) contractors plan to replace a section of damaged pavement on Interstate 69 beginning Tuesday, January 14 at 9 a.m. The repair will require a right lane restriction on southbound I-69 near mile marker 217 between Exit 219 to State Road 38 and Exit 214 to State Road 13. The lane must remain closed to allow the new concrete adequate time to cure and is expected to reopen by Thursday morning.

Motorists can learn about Indiana traffic conditions, road closures, construction information and crashes by visiting or calling 1-800-261-ROAD (7623).

INDOT encourages motorists, residents and businesses to visit and subscribe to receive INDOT news and information by email using the red GovDelivery envelope icon. Updates are also available by liking the Indiana Department of Transportation East Central Facebook page and by following @INDOT_ECentral on Twitter.
