End Date: 3/8/2013End Time: 11:59 PM
Entry Description

New Castle – A New Castle woman was arrested yesterday afternoon, 3/7/13, on a felony warrant as a result of an ongoing investigation by the Pendleton District Meth Suppression Squad. Meth Suppression troopers turned the investigation over to the Henry County Prosecutor’s Office and after their review, a warrant was issued for the woman’s arrest.

Arrested was Jessica Gross, age 22, of 217 N. 27th St. in New Castle. She was charged with Conspiracy to Manufacture Methamphetamine, Class “B” Felony. Gross was lodged in the Henry County Jail. Troopers were assisted by the New Castle Police Department.

Often times meth labs are found as a result of an anonymous tip from a neighbor or friend. Anyone with information about illegal drug use may call the Pendleton Post at 1-800-527-4752, or the Indiana State Police Drug Tip Line at 1-800-453-4756. Tips can be made and kept anonymous. The Indiana Meth Investigation System or IMIS, can also take tips on meth labs. Just go to and click on the “Report Suspected Meth Activity” Link.
