Entry Description
Sullivan County---An autopsy was conducted this morning on 29-year-old Kimberly R. Spiker of Farmersburg, Indiana. The procedure was conducted by Pathologist Dr. Roland Kohr at Terre Haute Regional Hospital.
The manner of death has been listed as undetermined and the cause of death is pending; however, no signs of foul play were detected. Toxicology results are pending and could take up to six weeks. Prior to her death, the victim was utilizing various medications for health issues.
Mrs. Spiker was found deceased last evening after her husband returned home from work.
