Elwood Water Main Repaired; S.R. 28 Remains Closed

Entry Description
Yesterday afternoon's water main break at Elwood has been repaired, but State Road 28 remains closed.  Approximately 3300 square feet of pavement must be replaced.  A short S.R. 28 detour utilizing S.R. 13 and S.R. 37 will continue next week.
