Entry Description
Sullivan County—This evening at 6:13, Indiana State Police and Sullivan County emergency agencies responded to a 911 call reporting a deceased woman at 410 Saw Mill Road near Farmersburg. The victim was found unresponsive by her husband on the living room couch after returning home from work.
Deceased: Kimberly R. Spiker, age 29, of 410 Saw Mill Road, Farmersburg, IN.
Family has been notified.
The investigation is ongoing; but at this time, foul play is not suspected. Health issues may have been a factor in this case.
An autopsy is scheduled for tomorrow morning (Friday) at Terre Haute Regional Hospital.
More information will be provided as it becomes available.
Investigating officers were ISP Detective Tony Guinn, Crime Scene Investigator Sergeant Kris Fitzgerald, Sergeant Tom Hannon, Trooper Brent Robinson, Sullivan County Sheriff’s Office, Sullivan County Coroner’s Office and Sullivan County EMS.
