Entry Description
Tippecanoe County-A subject in the Tippecanoe County Jail on unrelated charges has been advised of a warrant for Failing to Register as a Sex Offender when he failed to live at the address in the sex offender registry.
Sergeant Bryan Harper of the Indiana State Police Criminal Investigations Division stated that Stuart Dale Spikes, 26 years old from Lafayette, IN is required by law as a sex offender to notify the sex offender registry of any changes of address. From March 15, 2012 till January 18, 2013 failed to register and did not live at the residence he was registered to be living. Spikes will continue to be incarcerated at the Tippecanoe County Jail on a no bond for 15 days. The warrant was read to him on the 23rd of January.
Assisting on the case was the Tippecanoe County Prosecutor’s Office and the Tippecanoe County Sheriff’s Department. |
