End Date: 5/23/2013End Time: 11:59 PM
Entry Description

Knightstown – This afternoon shortly after 4 p.m. Pendleton Troopers with the Meth Suppression Squad along with troopers from the Emergency Response Section and the Shirley Police K-9 Unit served a search warrant at 9062 South West St. in Knightstown. The search warrant was the result of an ongoing meth investigation where troopers worked closely with the Henry County Prosecutor’s Office.

As a result of the search warrant a meth lab was found at the home and two people were arrested. Arrested was Garry Gadbarry Jr., age 36, and Jenny Reef, age 26. Both are charged with Manufacturing Methamphetamine, Class “B” Felony; Possession of the Precursors used in the Manufacture of Methamphetamine, Class “D” Felony; Maintaining a Common Nuisance, Class “D” Felony and Illegal Drug Lab, Class “D” Felony.

Both Gadbarry and Reef lived at the 9062 address, and both were lodged in the Henry County Jail. The investigation is ongoing, with further charges possible. Often times Meth Labs are found as a result of an anonymous tip from a neighbor or friend.

Anyone with information about illegal drug use may call the Pendleton Post at 1-800-527-4752, or the Indiana State Police Drug Tip Line at 1-800-453-4756. Tips can be made and kept anonymous. The Indiana Meth Investigation System or IMIS, can also take tips on meth labs. Just go to www.meth.in.gov and click on the “Report Suspected Meth Activity” Link.
