[INDOT] I-465 and Allisonville Road Overnight Ramp Closures

Overnight Ramp Closures at
I-465 & Allisonville Road

 

INDIANAPOLIS – The Indiana Department of Transportation (INDOT) and Walsh Construction, the state’s contractor, plan overnight ramp closures this week at the I-465 and Allisonville Road interchange.

 

Walsh crews will place drainage pipe at the Allisonville Road ramp to westbound I-465, which requires closure beginning at 9 p.m. tonight, Monday, May 21.   Crews will work on the I-465 eastbound exit ramp to Allisonville Road tomorrow night and overnight Wednesday, May 22.  All ramp restrictions will be lifted by 6 a.m. the following mornings.

 

The Allisonville Road bridge over I-465 is expected to close for reconstruction on Wednesday, May 30 for 110 days.  INDOT and the 465/69 Northeast project team plans to keep people informed each step of the way throughout the project.  Businesses and commuters are encouraged to subscribe to the e-newsletter at www.AllisonvilleRoad.com or text DRIVE to 772937.  For regular project updates, locate INDOT’s Twitter feed and Facebook page at www.socialmedia.indot.in.gov.
