[ISP] Man Arrested on Six Counts of Sexual Misconduct with a Minor

Entry Description

Liberty – Today shortly after 12 noon Pendleton Detective Tom Schwendenman arrested Bradley T. Hahn, age 24, on a warrant for six counts of Sexual Misconduct with a Minor, Class “B” Felony.  The warrant was the result of a lengthy investigation.  Hahn was arrested at a relative’s home in Fayette County and lodged in the Union County Jail.

The investigation began when the victim’s parents reported the alleged incidents to Child Protection Services who contacted the Union County Prosecutor’s Office. After the State Police investigation was completed and reviewed by the Union County Prosecutor, a warrant was issued for Hahn on April 19th.

All criminal defendants are to be presumed innocent until, and unless proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt in a court of law.
